AccessACS is a feature of our ACS computer system that has maintained the St. Mary\u2019s database of parishioner records, mailing lists and financial data.\u00a0 AccessACS allows all members to view and manage their own data, including setting up and managing online giving.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator][vc_column_text]AccessACS will let you do the following things:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • View or update your member profile<\/li>\n
  • Add family and individual pictures to your member profile<\/li>\n
  • Online Giving for weekly contributions and special events<\/li>\n
  • Automated Giving for any period of time<\/li>\n

    Please be assured that the confidentiality of your data is our utmost priority. Your data is only available online to you, unless you choose to subscribe to ministry groups managed in the website. These groups will have Access to your contact information only.<\/p>\n

    NOTE: We currently are not using Groups in AccessACS.\u00a0 If there ever is a time when we add groups and you subscribe to a group you can hide your contact information.\u00a0 Each item in your personal profile (phone numbers, email address, etc.), you may change it with the \u201cedit\u201d pencil and specify whether that information is to be listed or unlisted.<\/p>\n
