\nSpring and Fall.\u00a0 Plan and host Grieving Through the Holidays<\/em>, a one evening program held in November.\u00a0 The committee also provides: One-to-One ministry with team members (year round); Grief Resource Library; Care Notes; preparation and mailing of Sympathy, Death Anniversary and Christmas Cards.<\/strong>
