Bulletin

We plan to allow meetings/gatherings to begin July 6, 2020. While the rooms will be open, we will limit the amount of time the rooms are used on a daily basis. Each room can be used only once per day.

If you can meet elsewhere or outside for a while longer, that is appreciated. We will need to have a trained crew to clean each room after its use through at least August 15. If you plan to begin meeting in our rooms again, please contact Anita Navarra. She will need to hear from you on a weekly basis up until August 15 as to whether you are using the room.

Each meeting should last no more than one hour.
While meeting, please wear masks and social distance as best you can.
Hand sanitizer will be available in each meeting room.

This plan is in effect as long as we have support of the local health department – along with the understanding that the Governor’s current plan remains in effect and no resurgence of the pandemic comes into play.
